The North Mildred Depot, also lovingly referred to as “Millie” will offer 2 long term and one short term residential rental. All apartments will be fully renovated in a historically mindful way, while offering modern amenities and comfort. Our goal is to preserve the hardwood floors and to incorporate nods to the early 1900s architecture and design throughout. Oversized, south facing windows bring light to each 927 SqFt 2 bed/1bath, open concept apartment. High end insulation and new, energy efficient windows add to overall comfort of these spaces. All apartments have brand-new appliances, including dishwashers and a washer/dryer in each.

All prospective residents will be required to complete an application.

APARTMENT 201, TWO-BEDROOM 1 Bath

Unit 201 will be accessed through the original east facing entrance, climbing the beautiful original stairwell to a warm and welcoming space. East facing windows overlooking Mildred St and a view of the annual holiday parade offer additional charm.

APARTMENT 202, TWO-BEDROOM, 1 Bath

Unit 202 will boast a particularly beautiful feature – preservation of the original mechanicals for the ealry 1900s Warsaw Freight Elevator, highlighted with the south facing light pouring through the upper dormer. This elevator was revolutionary for its time and, after being converted to electric operation in the 1950s, remained in use through the buildings purchase and renovation in 2022.
