This front retail space is a quintisential historic down-town store front with large windows to showcase a bustling cafe and restaurant. We are in the process of interviewing strategic partners and business owners for this space. We have been truly fortunate te to work with Hersick & Webster in the development of a brand and cohesive story-telling to showcase the past, present and future of the Depot. We are excited to weave the future businesses into these concepts and stories.
A large 148 foot covered porch on the South side of the building offers outdoor dining unlike any other in the panhandle.
Conceptually, the goal for the East end of the main floor is an elevated but approachable and welcoming dining experience. We seek to provide our community with an option not currently available, and to create a space for families and date nights alike. We are very excited about the conversations we are having and are intentionally being mindful and diligent in our interview process.
Speakeasy/Whiskey Bar
In the belly of the Depot, a speakeasy era whiskehy bar will come to life. Large limestone walls and exposed beams create an atmosphere than lends itself to good drinks, stories that make you raise an eyebrow, and memories in the making.
